If you're logging in for the first time and you have not been provided a password by your system administrator, you'll need to set up a password.
Once you've downloaded the app to your mobile device, follow these simple steps or watch the quick video below:
NOTE: You must verify your account by setting up a password in the mobile app before you can access GridCommand
- Open the app, enter your official email address, then tap, "Continue"
- Tap on "Forgot Password?", which is located under the field where you'd normally enter your password
- You will be sent an email containing a 4-digit verification code (this may take a couple minutes, be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive it in your inbox)
- Enter 4-digit verification code
- Set your password
