If you're logging in for the first time and you have not been provided a password by your system administrator, you'll need to set up a password.
Once you've downloaded the app to your mobile device, follow these simple steps or watch the quick video below:
NOTE: You must verify your account by setting up a password in the mobile app before you can access GridCommand

  1. Open the app, enter your  official email address, then tap, "Continue"
  2. Tap on "Forgot Password?", which is located under the field where you'd normally enter your password
  3. You will be sent an email containing a 4-digit verification code (this may take a couple minutes, be sure to check your spam folder if you do not receive it in your inbox)
  4. Enter 4-digit verification code 
  5. Set your password
